Marcie Carr

Marcie Carr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration and management within government sectors. Currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Deputy for Administration and Strategic Officer at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) since March 2022, Marcie previously held the position of Director at both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and COMMONWEALTH OF PA from October 2010 to April 2022. A member of the IPMA, Marcie specializes in the production of secure print and mail, signage, design, and related materials. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
