Lior Ofir

Lior Ofir has been Senior Managing Director and Chief Information Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) since May 2018, responsible for the overall vision and leadership for technology initiatives across the enterprise.

Previously, Mr. Ofir was the company’s Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer. He is a member of PennyMac’s Executive Committee and has served on the company’s management team since its founding in 2008.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ofir served in a variety of executive and technology leadership positions within Countrywide Financial Corporation, leading the group responsible for technology innovation. He also co-founded a technology startup where he served as the head of product development. In addition, Mr. Ofir has also served in the Israeli Defense Forces’s Intelligence Unit 8200 (Israel’s version of the U.S. National Security Agency).

Mr. Ofir earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
