Tom Gillis

Tom Gillis, CMB, is an accomplished professional in the mortgage and financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Subservicing and Specialty Products at PENNYMAC since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions, including SVP of Correspondent and Subservicing Sales at The Money Source Inc., where strategic partnerships and operational efficiencies were key focuses. Additionally, Tom's experience encompasses significant roles at PennyMac Correspondent Lending Group, U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, Bank of America Home Loans, and Countrywide Financial. Tom holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, as well as certificates in Commercial Real Estate and Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
