Preston Crabill

Crabill retired from General Motors (GM) in Detroit, Michigan, where he most recently served as the Director of North America, Retirement and Profit-Sharing Plans. He was responsible for plan design, management, and administration of GM’s defined benefit pension plans and defined contribution plans. Throughout his career, Crabill has held various leadership roles in human resources, labor relations, compensation, and benefits in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton, as well as completed an executive development program from Carnegie Mellon University. He will represent the interests of employee organizations.
