Michael Ye

Michael Ye is the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions. Since joining PMC in October 2016, Michael has managed the acquisition and integration of: Robb Report, Sourcing Journal, FashInvest, Rolling Stone, SheKnows, BuzzAngle, and the investment in Art Media Holdings. Michael continues to support PMC’s growth initiatives through acquisitions and special projects.

Michael has over 20 years of financial and operational experience across a broad spectrum of industries that include: digital media, technology, fashion/retail, healthcare, and venture capital. He has extensive experience in M&A, strategic investments, and finance through diverse roles at Intel Capital, Limited Brands, and Surgical Care Affiliates.
