Sadie Benkovic

Sadie Benkovic is a Lean Program Manager at Pentair since June 2021, where significant achievements include designing a global Transformation Plan that has tracked over $25 million in productivity savings and managing Kaizen events yielding more than $7 million in savings through innovative tools like Power Apps and Power BI. Previously, in the role of Lean Engineer II, Sadie led an inventory control team that reduced lost inventory submissions by 33% and improved case processing times significantly, while early career contributions as Lean Engineer I included establishing the first Resource Conservation Committee at Pentair and facilitating projects that generated notable savings and efficiency gains. Additionally, experiential learning was gained as a Marketing Innovation Co-op at Emerson, where Sadie spearheaded market testing and led the development of new innovation projects. Sadie holds a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and has also pursued studies in Middle Eastern cultural studies in both Rome and Qatar.
