Kayleigh Smart

Kayleigh Smart is currently the Head of People at Pento. Kayleigh has previously served as the Head of People (interim) at Forward Partners and the People Director at Idean UK.

Kayleigh has been instrumental in leading and scaling the teams at both Forward Partners and Idean UK to around 100 employees. Kayleigh has also rolled out initiatives to support mental health, DE&I, building talent brands, brilliant onboarding, progression, strengthening people management, and building caring cultures.

They work with Sabrina Castiglione - COO, Teddy Ludmer - Head of Partnerships, and Tim Strunk - Head of Finance. A direct report to Kayleigh Smart is and Amy Johnson - Payroll Advisory & Guidance Lead. Kayleigh Smart reports to Jonas Bøgh Larsen, CEO & Co-Founder.
