Raquel Willis, MHA, is an accomplished professional in mental health and disability services with extensive experience in leadership and advocacy. Currently serving as Program Manager for Mental Health at People Incorporated Mental Health Services, Raquel has played a critical role in community response efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and has led initiatives to ensure culturally responsive services for marginalized populations. As a Fellow in the ANCOR Leadership Academy, Raquel collaborates with top leaders to drive systemic change, while also providing consulting services through INNORAQ to enhance leadership in human services. With positions including Chair of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility at Accord and Community Equity Program Fellow at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, Raquel is dedicated to legislative advocacy and systemic reform for BIPOC communities. Previous roles include leadership positions at The Trevor Project and Rumi, where Raquel focused on crisis intervention and community outreach. Raquel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and two Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Health Administration.
