Christiane Becker

Christiane Becker, MA has held various roles in the field of human resources and workforce development. Christiane began their career as a Student Athlete at Providence College before transitioning into roles such as MFT Clinical Intern at Trumbull Counseling Center and Graduate Assistant at Fairfield University. Christiane then worked as an Executive Recruiter at CONEXUS and The Newport Group before serving as a Business Services Representative at the San Diego Workforce Partnership. Christiane later took on roles at the Hospital Association of Southern California, Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, and Diakont before joining PeopleFun as a Human Resources Manager, Senior Manager of People & Operations, and eventually, the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Christiane has demonstrated a commitment to talent management, workforce development, and creating engaging experiences for diverse populations.

Christiane Becker received their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology/Business Studies from Providence College in 2010, followed by a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Fairfield University in 2013. Christiane also completed a Project Management Bootcamp at UC San Diego Extended Studies in 2016. Prior to their higher education, Christiane attended La Jolla High School from 2002 to 2006.
