Scott R. Campagna

Scott R. Campagna is currently the SVP & CIO at PeoplesBank. Prior to this, they were with Fulton Financial Corporation from January 2014 to December 2016 as the Senior Vice President, IT Business Relationship & Application Services. There, they collaborated with executives and other stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies that aligned with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements. Scott was also responsible for managing and implementing large-scale corporate applications.

Before Fulton Financial Corporation, Mr. Campagna was with Armstrong World Industries from January 2002 to December 2014 as the Manager, Global Supply Chain IT and Enterprise Integration. In this role, they were responsible for providing technology leadership and vision in the areas of sourcing, procure-to-pay, sales and operational planning, transportation, inventory optimization, manufacturing execution and integration services.

Prior to Armstrong World Industries, Mr. Campagna was a co-founder and Vice President at HCM, Inc. from January 1999 to December 2000. Scott was also the founder and President of Primenet Systems, Inc from January 1997 to December 2002.

Scott R. Campagna graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University with an MBA in International Business. Scott also holds a BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University, where they studied information technology.
