Mario Rehayem

Mario Rehayem is the CEO of Pepper Group. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Australian Mortgages and Personal Loans at Pepper Financial Services Group from September 2016 to September 2017. From January 2011 to September 2016, Mario was the Director of Sales and Distribution at Pepper Financial Services Group. Mario was also previously the State Manager of Mortgage Broker Distribution at Westpac from January 2008 to December 2010 and Bank Manager from January 2007 to December 2008. Their career began as Principal at Mortgage One Australia from January 2001 to December 2006.

Mario Rehayem has a finance degree from Harvard Business School and an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD.

Mario Rehayem reports to Mike Culhane, Group CEO. They work with Juan Gonzalez - Group Chief Financial Officer, Michael Vainauskas - Chief Risk Officer, and Ken Spellacy - General Manager Asset Finance. Some direct reports include Neil Culkin - Head of Credit and Settlements, Mortgages and Personal Loans, Therese Mcgrath - Chief Financial Officer Australia and New Zealand.
