Andres Antunez

Andres Antunez is an experienced process engineer currently working at Petroquímica de Venezuela, S.A. since February 2019, where responsibilities include evaluating process equipment for momentum, heat, and mass transfer, as well as reactors such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, separators, towers, columns, furnaces, and electrolyzers. Prior to this role, Andres served as a production supervisor at Sport Live, C.A. from April 2017 to July 2018, focusing on the optimization of thermoplastic injection machines, planning production, quality control, statistical process control, basic preventive maintenance, and logistics management while leading the operational staff. Currently pursuing a Magister Scientiarum in Chemical Engineering at Universidad del Zulia, with an expected graduation in March 2026.
