Carolyn Minnock, PeraHealth's Chief Growth Officer, is passionate about improving healthcare through technology. Carolyn began her career working at Atrium Health as Director of their Area Health Education Center (AHEC). She then joined PeraHealth in 2015 and has taken on various roles – beginning as Director of Customer Engagement, to creating the Customer Success Team and serving as the company’s first Account Executive. She then utilized the many success stories from the customers she served to expand PeraHealth’s footprint in the provider space, while serving as Regional Vice President. Carolyn is excited to continue to add to her experience with PeraHealth in this Senior Leadership role as she looks to redefine the vision for the future of the company.
Outside of work, Carolyn Minnock is passionate about improving her local Charlotte community. She joined the Board of the Hearts Beat as One Foundation (HB1) in 2020. Carolyn has a degree in Biology and MBA, focused on management, from John Carroll University. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling is one of her favorite things to do, especially to areas where she can learn from various cultures.
She hails from Pittsburgh where she is a true fan of their sports teams. Carolyn has spent the last 12 years in Charlotte where she resides with her wife, Brook and their two children Keegan and Connor, and loyal dog of 12 years, Bubba.
