Frances Dunlap

Frances Dunlap has extensive experience in law enforcement and emergency management, currently serving as the Southeast LInX Program Manager at Peraton since June 2015, where responsibilities include instructing law enforcement personnel in Florida and Georgia on the LInX program and conducting data quality checks. Prior to this role, Frances held the position of Metadata Planner at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement from July 2012 to June 2015, overseeing the LInX records search application and training personnel. Additional experience includes serving as Emergency Preparedness Manager at US Security at JAXPORT and Plans Coordinator at the Northeast Florida Regional Council, along with a lengthy tenure as Assistant Chief at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office from December 1974 to March 2008, focusing on communications and dispatch functions. Frances holds a high school diploma from Terry Parker Senior High and attended Florida Junior College.
