Henry M Miller Jr is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in treasury and financial planning across various industries. Currently serving as SVP & Treasurer at Peraton since May 2021, Henry has held multiple high-level positions including VP & Treasurer at Perspecta and VP Financial Planning & Treasurer at Frontline Education, where responsibilities included establishing financial processes and managing debt capital structures. Henry also served in significant roles at SunGard, where responsibilities expanded to include Global FP&A and investor relations, and contributed to the company's substantial SaaS and Cloud revenue growth. Previous experience includes senior financial leadership at RICOH and IKON Office Solutions, along with a solid foundation in financial strategy during tenure at IBM and GE. Henry holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
