Scott Barbour

Scott Barbour is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Peraton Labs since May 2020, leading diverse engineering teams within the Electronic Warfare domain and advising on EOIR systems. Prior to this role, Scott held positions at Perspecta Labs and DHPC Technologies, focusing on ground vehicle survivability and rapid prototyping while also acting as a Subject Matter Expert in missile systems. Scott operates Sierra Bravo Technologies, LLC as Owner and Chief Engineer, providing consulting services to DHPC Technologies. With a robust background in contract negotiation, project management, and technical documentation, Scott has a strong history of engineering development across various military projects, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
