Molli Meaux

Molli Meaux is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the field of chemical engineering and education. Currently serving as an Engineer II at PERC Engineering since August 2018, Molli previously held positions as a Chemistry Teacher for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lafayette, LA, and as a Lab Technician at the UL Alternative Energy Facility, where expertise in torrefaction and alternative energy sources was developed. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lab Assistant at the UL Chemical Engineering Department, contributing to innovative biofuel research, and a role as Assistant Youth Minister at St Mary's Church. Molli began a professional journey in retail as a Sales Clerk at Teche Drugs and Gifts, following a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
