Ko van Belois

Throughout their career, Ko van Belois has gained extensive experience in various roles within manufacturing and engineering. Starting as a Technician in 1984, they progressed to roles such as Senior Technician, Maintenance Manager, and eventually Chief Manufacturing Officer at Perfetti Van Melle. Their responsibilities included managing international engineering projects, directing manufacturing environments, and overseeing digital development in the supply chain. Prior to their time at Perfetti Van Melle, Ko also served as a Technical Specialist in Armored Vehicles at Koninklijke Landmacht.

Ko van Belois completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from HZ University of applied science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Ko attended EFMI Business school- University Groningen from 2010 to 2012 for a Top Executive Food program. In addition, Ko graduated from Koningin Wilhelmina Lyceum in 1980 with a focus on Public Administration. Recently, in 2021, Ko obtained a certification in Prosci® Taking Charge of Change from Prosci.
