Carla A. Tircuit

Carla A. Tircuit is an experienced professional in contract compliance and construction litigation. Currently serving as Corporate Director of Contract Compliance and previously as Corporate Contracts Manager at Performance Contractors since June 2019, Carla has extensive expertise in contract negotiations, change management, and subcontractor coordination.
