Rahat Rahman is the current Head of Customer Experience at Perkbox. Prior to this, Rahat held various positions at Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Perkbox. At Klaviyo, Rahat was responsible for managing the growth success of the company. At HubSpot, Rahat managed the customer success team and was responsible for attracting, engaging, and delighting customers around the world. At Perkbox, Rahat was responsible for delivering cross functional projects aiming to improve the end user customer experience. Rahat has a proven track record of success in customer experience and operations management.
Rahat Rahman has a Master of Science in Management from The University of Sheffield, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing from the University of Plymouth, and A-Levels in Biology, Mathematics, and Art from Oaks Park Sixth Form. Rahat also has GCSEs in 12 A/B from Oaks Park High School. Finally, they have product training from Klaviyo in Klaviyo's Learning & Development and Global Enablement Teams.
