Melanie Kernica is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at PerkSpot since October 2019, Melanie has held multiple financial leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director, Director, and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Prior experience includes working as Manager of Accounting and Financial Planning at GrowthPlay and as Senior Finance Manager at Edelman, where expertise in revenue analysis, budgeting, and client contract negotiations was developed. Earlier roles involved financial analysis and reporting at Leo Burnett and Starbucks Coffee Company, showcasing a strong foundation in finance since obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from DePaul University in 2010.
