Jason Lofling

CFO at Pershing

Jason Lofling is the Chief Financial Officer for Pershing, responsible for all of the firm’s financial functions globally, including financial reporting, client pricing, treasury, financial planning, decision support, accounting, and financial controls. Jason is a member of Pershing’s Executive Committee.

Before being named CFO, Jason was head of Financial Planning and Analysis & Corporate Development. He also led the Business Unit Controller teams supporting Advisor Solutions, Collateral Funding & Trading, Global Client Relationships, Marketing, Prime Brokerage Services, Strategy and Product Management, and Trading Services.

Prior to joining Pershing, Jason served as a senior finance officer at First Clearing Correspondent Services, an affiliate of Wells Fargo, where his responsibilities included oversight for pricing and profitability, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, billing, and monthly settlements. He was an integral member of First Clearing’s leadership team, driving substantial improvements in reporting, profitability modeling, and financial controls. Prior to that, he was director of financial reporting and analysis at Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wachovia Securities). Jason started his career as a financial analyst at JP Morgan Chase.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary. He also completed the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
