Katharine Barton

Katharine Barton has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Katharine started their career as a TEFL teacher at Cambridge School Lisbon in 1994. Katharine then worked as a Support Specialist at Andersen Consulting from 1996 to 1997. Following that, they worked as a Client Services Associate at ADP from 1997 to 2000. Katharine then joined Bridge Information Systems as an Account Manager from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Product Manager at Moneyline Telerate. Katharine then became an Account Manager at Relegence from 2005 to 2006. Afterwards, they worked as a Product Manager at Thomson Financial in 2006. Currently, they are a Vice President at BNY Mellon | Pershing, a role they have held since November 2007.

Katharine Barton attended Millfield School from 1983 to 1990, where they studied A levels in English, History, and Politics. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic History at the University of Exeter from 1990 to 1993. In 1994, Katharine obtained a Certificate to Teach English as a Foreign Language (CTEFL) from the International House London | IH London. Recently, in 2022, they completed a certification in Public Policy Economics from the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education.
