Merlyn Mathew

As Head for Delivery Excellence and Talent Management, Merlyn Mathew focusses on driving industry leading engineering practices, tooling, and processes to achieve the best outcomes for clients across the industry verticals and service lines. She also leads the Talent Management function encompassing workforce planning and transformation, skill development of existing talent and onboarding of talent to support new businesses and competencies. Merlyn is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and has directly led programs to support enhanced accessibility and several gender-based initiatives.

Merlyn has a 25 year career spanning development, testing, leading delivery units, managing large, complex technology and organizational transformation programs across marquee clients. Prior to Persistent, Merlyn was the COO at UBS Technologies in India. Prior to UBS, Merlyn has worked with leading organizations like HSBC, Accenture, Cognizant and TCS.

Merlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mumbai University.
