Mark Goines is the current Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chairman at Personal Capital. Prior to this, they were with Life360, Human Interest, Candex, and Visually. Mark has also been a board member for TrackVia, Inc. and ODEKO. Mark's experience ranges from developing and marketing new financial and electronic delivery system products to being Chairman of the Board.

Mark Goines attended the University of California, Berkeley and received their BS in Business. Mark then went on to receive their MBA from Haas School of Business.
