Paul Bergholm

Paul Bergholm is the current Chief Administrative Officer at Personal Capital. Prior to this, they served on the Board of Advisors for dotFX Inc from September 2007 to September 2010. Paul was also the Chief Financial Officer for Taxcient from November 2006 to January 2010 when Taxcient was acquired by Avalara.

Paul has extensive experience in providing sales and use tax compliance software solutions. Their mission is to provide an alternative to the administrative burden of state and local tax compliance, which enables corporate tax departments to shift their resources to value-added activities and strategic tax planning. Paul has achieved this through their work at Taxcient, where they have combined the expertise of tax experts with the most advanced technology available in the market to provide cost-effective, easy to use solutions for sales and use tax compliance.

Paul Bergholm has a Bachelor's degree from Notre Dame de Namur University.
