Allyson Karwot

Allyson Karwot is an experienced professional in account management and customer growth, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for UK/I and previously as a Customer Growth Manager for DACH at Personio since August 2019. Earlier, Allyson held the position of International Partner Manager at aconso AG and served as an International Solution & Account Manager at Deutsche Post Adress GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on operational service and data quality projects for international clients. Additional experience includes roles as a Working Student in HR International Transfers at Knorr-Bremse, an IPS Fellow in the German Parliament through the International Parliamentary Scholarship program, and a Foreign Commercial Service Intern at the U.S. Consulate General Munich.
