Inês Dias

Inês Dias currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Personio, having transitioned from a Customer Success Manager role at Back, where the focus is on enhancing employee experience for HR, IT, and Finance teams. Prior experience includes leading Customer Success at knokcare and serving as Controller at U.DREAM. Inês has demonstrated leadership in various academic and organizational positions, including Chairwoman of the Fiscal Council for ANEEB and Associacao Academica da Universidade do Minho, and has also held roles such as Class Representative and Student Representative in the Academic Senate. Inês holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade do Minho and completed an Executive Course in Project Management at Católica Porto Business School.
