Patricia Woerner is an established professional in customer success and HR processes, currently serving as the Lead Customer Success for both Enterprise and Mid Market segments at Personio since February 2020. In this role, Patricia focuses on optimizing HR and recruiting processes for key accounts in the DACH region, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving product adoption. Prior experience includes working at The Boston Consulting Group in various HR recruiting roles, where initiatives included the implementation of a new applicant tracking system and innovative recruitment strategies. Patricia holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, alongside additional educational experiences in Spain and the United States.
