Shelli Howard is the current Director of Operations at Petal. Shelli has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and dispute resolution. Shelli has a proven track record of reducing complaint volumes and improving operational processes. Prior to their current position, Shelli was the Financial Sales Center Manager at CAN Capital for eleven years. There, they increased margins by developing profitable relationships with businesses and accurately forecasting performance. Shelli also has experience recruiting, developing, promoting, and maintaining sales talent.

Shelli Howard has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Midland University and a certification from Inside Sales Professional.

Shelli Howard reports to Trista Kempa, Senior Director, Operations.
