Andrew Sawers is currently the Executive General Manager - Major Venues & Events at Peter Rowland. Prior to this, they were with Village Roadshow - USA as the General Manager - Site Development from August 2008 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for mentoring newly hired General Managers, activating a marketing strategy, and creating awareness of the company's brand. From January 2011 to April 2013, they were with Village Cinemas Australia as the Operations Manager - Food & Beverage. In this role, they managed and coordinated the food and beverage operations across all cinema concepts for Village Cinemas Australia in Victoria and Tasmania. Andrew was also responsible for growing profitability, managing supplier relationships, identifying and implementing licensing requirements, compiling financial reports and analysis, and providing leadership and direction to site management and staff.

Andrew Sawers has completed their Higher School Certificate (HSC) from Galen Catholic College and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Management from Selmar Education Institute.
