Flávio Teixeira

Flávio Teixeira is the current Chief Financial Officer at Petlove, a leading e-commerce for pet supplies in Brazil. Flávio has held this position since August 2020. Prior to their current role, they served as Global CFO for Advent portfolio company GTM Holdings S.A. from March 2019 to August 2020. From June 2014 to March 2019, they were CFO for Ri Happy Brinquedos. In this role, they led the IPO attempt process and coordinated the syndicate of banks and lawyers. Flávio also prepared all materials, met with research analysts and investors during the road show, and prepared the CVM reference form. From January 2013 to December 2014, they were CFO for Oticas Carol (3i Group PLC portfolio company). Prior to their role as CFO, they worked as a consultant for Bain & Company from January 2009 to December 2011. Flávio also has experience as a free-lance consultant, which they did from February 2012 to June 2013. Flávio holds an MBA from INSEAD, which they obtained from January 2008 to December 2009.

Flávio Teixeira has an MBA from INSEAD, Executive Education from Columbia Business School and The Wharton School, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
