Aman Jobanputra

Aman Jobanputra is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Petpooja since July 2023, Aman leads a team of eight executives. A previous role as Private Wealth Management Specialist at Three Cube commenced in April 2023, following a tenure at eClinicalWorks from March 2017 to April 2023, where Aman advanced from Corporate Recruiter to Team Lead - Corporate Recruiter, managing a team of eleven. Early career experiences include positions in human resources at Tech Mahindra and as a Management Trainee at Home First Finance Company. Aman holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from St Kabir Institute of Professional Studies, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
