Scott Wasikowski

Scott Wasikowski is the SVP Operations at PetVet Care Centers. Scott has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations and clinical aspects.

Scott started their career as a RPH at CVS Caremark in 1990. Scott quickly rose through the ranks and became Area Vice President at CVS Health in 1994. Scott held this position for 23 years, during which time they oversaw the operations of CVS stores in multiple states. In February 2018, they left CVS Health to become the Chief Operations Officer at MedExpress.

At MedExpress, Scott led both field and corporate functions for operations, including all clinical aspects. Scott grew the center base from 204 to 250 and increased revenue by 22% to $500M. Scott also opened new markets in Minneapolis, MN, Washington D.C., Chicago, IL, Dallas and Houston, TX. Under Scott's leadership, the company improved Clinical staffing and oversight making regional based teams and saving $14M. Scott also instituted Net Promoter Score to measure service resulting in improved NPS 69 to 72.

In February 2020, Scott left MedExpress to join PetVet Care Centers as their SVP Operations. Scott is responsible for leading the company's operations, including all clinical aspects.

Scott Wasikowski completed a BS in Pharmacy from Purdue University and then took a Wharton EDP course at The Wharton School. Scott is certified as a pharmacist from both the Indiana Board of Pharmacy and the Florida Board of Pharmacy.

They work with Tony DiPippa - Chief Financial Officer, Mark Garvin - Chief Operating Officer, and Tom Cavuoto - Director Information Technology. Scott Wasikowski reports to Gino Volpacchio, Chief Executive Officer.
