Mike Henry

Mike Henry has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies within the oil and gas industry. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at PF Holdings, where they are responsible for providing a wide range of energy services to oil and gas companies. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Chalk Mountain Services of Texas, a transportation and logistics provider for the industry. Mike has also held various leadership roles at Basic Energy Services and FTS International, overseeing accounting functions and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. Additionally, they have worked at RadioShack Corporation, SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC, TPG Capital, Kinko's, Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they gained experience in financial reporting, auditing, and consulting for companies across different industries.

Mike Henry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business, which they attended from 1990 to 1994.
