Irma Daza Castillo

Irma Daza Castillo is a pharmacist and Regulatory Affairs professional with over 10 years of experience in regulatory strategy and lifecycle management across Latin America. They have successfully led regulatory activities in diverse therapeutic areas, including vaccines and rare diseases, while managing marketing authorization applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Currently, Irma serves as the EM Regional Regulatory Hub Strategist Manager for the LatAm region at Pfizer, where they foster cross-functional collaboration to promote patient access to innovative therapies. Irma began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Universidad Nacional de Colombia and worked as a Stabilities Logistic Area Assistant at Quasfar M&F S.A.
