Maria Luisa Pereira Marques

Maria Luisa Pereira Marques has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Patient External Marketplace Solutions Lead at Pfizer since August 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing Pfizer Affordability systems. Previously, Maria held roles such as Director of Application Strategy, delivering the PfizerPro Portal for healthcare professionals and implementing Agile/SAFe methodologies. Other significant positions at Pfizer included Global Solutions Delivery Senior Manager and BT Business Partner EP Europe, where Maria managed various global programs related to data protection, human resources, and content management. Prior to Pfizer, Maria worked as a Project Manager at Siemens and GE Capital, managing billing and Year 2000 projects, and began her career as a programmer at Banco de Portugal. Maria holds a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed in 1996.
