Mike Willoughby is the current CEO at PFSweb. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the industry, holding various positions such as President, Development Manager, and Founder.

Mike Willoughby started their career in 1984 as the founder of Centurion Systems, Inc. Mike then went on to work as a development manager for Metroplex Bancshares, Inc. and Integration Services, Inc. In 1994, they became the president of Design Technologies, Inc. and held that position until 1999. Mike then took on the role of CEO at PFSweb, where they are currently employed.

Mike Willoughby has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Abilene Christian University in the field of Information Technology.
