Monica Luechtefeld

Monica Luechtefeld is the Chair at PFSweb. Previously, they were a Board Member at Mount Saint Mary's University from June 2001 to June 2020. Monica was also the Executive Vice President, Global IT and Supply Chain at Office Depot from January 2004 to December 2009. In this role, they were responsible for the company's E Commerce strategies and delivering over $4.1B in global Internet sales. Monica was also responsible for the Direct Division P&L, which is focused on the small business customer with sales approaching $900M. Office Depot was ranked #5 global sales by Internet Retailer through 2011 during their tenure. Prior to that, they were a Consultant for E Commerce & Digital Retailing at Office Depot and other companies.

Monica Luechtefeld has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Biological Sciences & Chemistry from Mount Saint Mary's University.
