Vivek Venktachalam

Vivek Venktachalam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical client services and training development. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Client Services for EMEA at PG Forsta since February 2012, Vivek launched and scaled a new services division, achieving 120% of revenue targets in the first year while building high-performing global teams across various functions. Previously held roles include Global Manager of Training and Programming Development and Manager of Programming, where performance-driven training ecosystems and targeted development initiatives were implemented. Earlier career positions encompass Senior Programmer and Survey Programmer, focused on developing automation frameworks and optimizing survey programming processes. Vivek holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
