Alex Urban

Alex Urban has extensive experience in the sports and communications industries, currently serving as the Executive Director for both the TOUR Championship and Sentry Tournament of Champions at the PGA TOUR since March 2013. Previous roles include General Manager and Communications Manager for the Sentry Tournament of Champions, alongside positions such as Marketing Associate at the University of Georgia and Media Consultant for the United States Golf Association. Alex also gained foundational experience as a Communications Intern at both Clemson University and The Ohio State University. A strong background in media and public relations is complemented by a B.A. in Political Science from Clemson University and an M.A. in Public Relations from The University of Georgia.
