Kai E. Reith

Kai E. Reith is the SVP of Corporate Development at PGS. Kai has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and has been with PGS for just over 3 years. Prior to joining PGS, Kai was a Partner with NRP Securities where they worked on corporate finance transactions. Kai has also worked as an Associate with RBS / ABN AMRO in their corporate finance department.

Kai E. Reith has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master of Finance from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and an Advanced Entrepreneurial Program from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.

Their manager is Gottfred Langseth, EVP & CFO. They are on a team with and Bård Stenberg - VP IR & Corporate Communication.
