Matthew Hefferon

Matthew Hefferon currently serves as Interim Regional Manager and Regional Trainer at PharmaCann Inc, along with a position as Marketing Partner at Tactical Capital Advisory Team since January 2025, focusing on funding for investment and commercial properties. As the Founder of Native Financial Group since August 2023, Matthew has also held significant roles at Target as Executive Team Lead and at Nike as Consumer Experience Coach, emphasizing strategic planning and retail operations. Prior experience includes managing operations at FedEx, sales representation at FC Dallas, and roles at the United States Postal Service and LIDS Sports Group. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Merchandising from Colorado State University and is pursuing a Bootcamp in Cybersecurity at the University of Minnesota.
