Amgad Fakhry Attia, MD-MBA, has extensive experience in the medical and laboratory sectors, currently serving as General Manager for the Medical and Laboratory Divisions at Pharmatrade since May 2004. In this role, Amgad has overseen the UAE operations for various prominent medical brands, including Johnson and Johnson, Medtronic, and Coloplast. Prior to Pharmatrade, Amgad worked as Sales Manager for Medtronic MiniMed, where the Insulin Pump Therapy concept was successfully launched, and as BD Franchise Manager at Becton Dickinson, achieving significant market growth. Amgad's career also includes experience as Assistant Marketing Manager and Physician Assistant at Allied Healthcare School in New Jersey. Education credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an MD from Cairo University.
