Anojan Thavaraja

Anojan (AJ) Thavaraja is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in various roles across technology and HR systems integration. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Phenom since July 2022, Anojan previously held significant positions at RBC, including Sr. Manager of Workday Integrations and Integration SME. Anojan founded StarkWoods and served as IT Architect from November 2015 to November 2019. Additional experience includes roles at GroupeX Solutions and IBM, focusing on HR systems, data migration, and database structure management. Anojan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, demonstrating a strong foundation in aligning technology strategies with business needs.
