Thomas Gerstner

Thomas Gerstner is the VP & GM of Central Europe at Phenom People. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including management consulting and program management. Prior to joining Phenom People, Thomas was the President EMEA at Pathlock and also served as an Advisor to the Board at Workpath and Virtual Control Ltd.

From 2006 to 2019, Thomas was with SAP, where they oversaw the company’s business operations and P&L as the Global Senior Vice President & Managing Director of SAP Hong Kong & Macau. Prior to that, they were a Management Consultant & Program Manager at CSC from 2000 to 2006.

Thomas has a proven track record in driving growth and expansion in high-growth companies. Thomas is passionate about building strong teams and developing talent. Thomas is also an active angel investor and mentor in the startup community.

Thomas Gerstner has a Master's degree in Communications Sciences from the University of Freiburg and a certification from the Universität St.Gallen - Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften in Global Account Management Exec. Program, University of St. Gallen (HSG).
