Edwina Gilbert is the Executive Chair at Phil Gilbert Hyundai. Edwina was previously with carsales.com.au and Phil Gilbert Motor Group. Edwina has also worked as a graduate lawyer and a paralegal at Deacons Lawyers.

Edwina Gilbert's educational career includes the following: they completed a Company Director's Course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors; they completed a Professional Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Quality Service course through the Disney Institute; they earned a Diploma of Advanced Management in conjunction with Toyota through the Australian Institute of Management; they completed a Motor Industry Program through Deloitte's Academy of Excellence; they earned accreditation through The College of Law Australia; they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Sydney; they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney in Politics and Geography; and they hold an HSC Qualification from Barker College. Edwina also attended Tara Anglican School for Kindergarten through Secondary School.
