Jan Shaeffer currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Philadelphia Ballet since September 2025. Previously, Jan held the position of President and CEO at LEADERSHIP Philadelphia from February 2024 to December 2025 and at St. Christopher's Foundation for Children from April 2004 to January 2024. Jan's earlier career includes working as part of the Wealth Advisory Team at Morgan Stanley for a brief period in 2003, and as a Client Relationship Manager at CMS Companies from September 2001 to September 2003. Additionally, Jan managed client services for North America at City of London Investment Management Company Limited from September 1999 to October 2001. Jan holds a BA in English Literature from Saint Joseph's University and participated in a study abroad program focused on International Business at the University of London.
