Patrick Raletz, MSHA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Patrick currently works as a Goalkeeper Coach at Kemp Soccer and has been in this role since September 2022. Prior to this, Patrick was an Associate Project Manager at Bionical Emas from June 2022.

Patrick's passion for soccer is evident in their previous roles. Patrick served as a Youth Goalkeeper Staff Coach at Philadelphia Union from September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Goalkeeper Coach at Mount Laurel United Soccer from August 2020. Their expertise in soccer extends to their role as a Staff Coach and Goalkeeper Coach at Universal Soccer Academy, where they worked from January 2017 to January 2020.

In addition to their soccer-related experiences, Patrick has also worked in various roles in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Patrick has been an Associate Project Manager at WEP Clinical from January 2022 to June 2022. Patrick also worked at Clinigen Group, where they held different positions such as Program Associate, Account Lead, and Site Management Coordinator from 2019 to 2022.

Patrick has gained experience in quality assurance as a Quality Assurance Associate at Hispanic Family Center of Southern New Jersey, Inc. from April 2019 to October 2019.

In their earlier career, Patrick was a Referee at U.S. Soccer Federation starting from January 2009.

Patrick Raletz has a strong education background in the health sciences field. Patrick completed their Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc) degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences between 2020 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health Administration/Health Informatics from Saint Joseph's University from 2016 to 2018. Patrick also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Science and Business Studies, which they earned from Stockton University from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their academic education, Patrick Raletz has obtained several certifications. Patrick has a certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from SixSigma.us, which they obtained in April 2020. Furthermore, they have certifications in Adult, Child, and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, obtained in July 2018. In the field of sports, they hold certifications as a NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 2 and NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 1 from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, obtained in May 2015 and March 2013 respectively.
