Pedro Cavalcanti

Pedro Cavalcanti currently serves as the U16 Head Coach for Philadelphia Union since August 2024. Prior to this role, Pedro held various coaching positions at Inter Miami CF from July 2019 to August 2024, working as U15, U14, and U13 Head Coach. At AS Roma from December 2016 to June 2019, Pedro was the Manager of AS Roma USA Academies and contributed as a U15 and Individual Development Coach, achieving the championship title in the Italy U15 league during the 2018-2019 season. Additional experience includes serving as a Team Liaison Officer for the Colombian National Team during notable tournaments and coaching at Weston FC and Grupo Desportivo Estoril Praia. Pedro holds an Elite Formation Coaching License from MLS, a National A Coaching License from the United States Soccer Federation, and a UEFA B License. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree from the FIFA Master program and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami.
